Well, this partially depends on your goals and the approach you want to take to your healing.
Full disclosure: when I’m dealing with stuff in my life, I like to be as proactive as possible, rather than waiting to see how destructive something could become down the road. To me, this just means working smarter, not harder and taking responsibility for my own wellness and healing.
When you are forced to go through horrible hard stuff, such as the loss of a child, baby or pregnancy, I personally believe this is just really good, necessary self-care. And professionally, I know that a few sessions make an enormous difference in your healing & recovery and help you to avoid future issues down the road.
