As a psychotherapist, I have supported thousands of people over the past decade through grief, loss, trauma and tragedy. However, my work took on new levels of meaning and purpose after my daughter Nora passed away unexpectedly when she was one day old.

Is there a schedule or timeline for the program?
It may be cliché, but there is no one-size fits-all model when it comes to moving through grief.Therefore the program is designed to support your personal preferences and pace.I would suggest aiming for one module a week, but faster or slower may be more effective for you. You can always check in with me directly if you are worried you are moving too fast or too slow to receive the full benefits.
