Survival Kit

Sometimes our soul needs a soundtrack.

Music can be an amazing part of a survival kit when we are processing heart break, trauma, and loss.          The songs below have provided me with a little comfort when I needed it and helped me to express what I was going through in some way.  We used the first song, Reasons we were blessed by Xavier Rudd, to help us announce the passing of our daughter, Nora, to friends and family.

Feel free to see if any of these songs resonate with you or help you to tell a part of your story.  If you have found any other music that has helped to support you during your own experience of loss and healing, please send it to me.  I would love to hear it.
